Easiest Ever Mac and Cheese (Campbells)

I'm a disabled man that has been married 21 years so far to my neighborhood best friend. We have two 4 yrs old female Shorkie. And when I'm feeling up to it.. I either cook, metal detecting, paint by number, build stuff, computer video editing.

1 (10 ¾ ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup 2⁄3 cup water, **see note in recipe description

2⁄3 cup low-fat milk

1 cup whole wheat pasta, (use fusilli or penne)
