  • 1 pound large frozen shrimp (size 20 to 30), deveined, shells and tails removed (do not thaw, see note)
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
