Carrots in Creamy Vegan Dill Sauce
Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp. coconut oil or avocado oil
  • ½ cup gluten free flour
  • ½ tsp. pink Himalayan sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • ½ tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk (I prefer Califia Farms)
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 lb. carrots peeled, sliced and cooked until tender
  • 1 tbsp. fresh, snipped chives
