Ingredients
- 1 lb cold butter, 4 sticks
- 3 cups light brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pretzels
- ½ cup chopped soft caramel candies
- flaked sea salt

Steps
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat butter until soft, approximately 2 minutes.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add flour, salt, baking powder. Mix well. Add chocolate chips, pretzels, and chopped caramels.
- Divide the dough into 36 balls and refrigerate for an hour.
- Place chilled cookie dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with flaked sea salt. Cool on wire rack.
