Ingredients
  • 1 lb cold butter, 4 sticks
  • 3 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pretzels
  • ½ cup chopped soft caramel candies
  • flaked sea salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat butter until soft, approximately 2 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Add flour, salt, baking powder. Mix well. Add chocolate chips, pretzels, and chopped caramels.
  5. Divide the dough into 36 balls and refrigerate for an hour.
  6. Place chilled cookie dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with flaked sea salt. Cool on wire rack.
