Bruce's Southern Style Favorite Yams

Ingredients
  • 2 29 oz cans Bruce's cut yams drained and mashed
  •  
  • ½cup brown sugar
  •  
  • 1 tsp salt
  •  
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  •  
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  •  
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  •  
  • ½cup cream
  •  
  • Mini marshmallows and large marshmallows
Steps
  1. Preheat oven 350°
  2. Blend yams with sugar, salt, spices, butter, and cream.
  3. Mix mini marshmallows with yams
  4. Turn into baking foil dish
  5. Top with large marshmallows
  6. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes. Then remove foil and brown top marshmallows.
Notes
  • A bit less nutmeg
  • Try baking 20 min
