- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder Seasoning

- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce (1 fp)
- 2-14 oz cans original (or mild) Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
- 2-14 ounce cans beans (black and pinto, or any combo, semi-drained. I like one can to be Chili Beans)
- ¼ to ½ C water to rinse tomato cans
- 1 T Fish Sauce (0 fp)
Steps
- Push the Sauté or Browning button on your Pressure Cooker and allow to heat.
- Add oil to the Pressure Cooker cooking pot.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up well with a wooden spoon.
- Cook until the beef is slightly browned, and then drain fat.
- Add onions and celery and sauté for three minutes.
- Add garlic, cumin, chili powders, oregano, and paprika.
- Cook another minute.
- Add Worcestershire Sauce, tomatoes, bouillon, fish sauce, water and beans and stir.
- Lock the lid on your Pressure Cooker and close the Pressure Value.
- Cook on High Pressure and set the time for 15 minutes.
- Allow a 10 minute natural release and then quick release.
- Stir in a mixture of water and cornstarch if needed to thicken. Boil 2 minutes. Serve or allow to simmer for a thicker chili. Can put on crockpot setting until ready to serve.
