⅓ cup bread crumbs (I used Italian Seasoned bread crumbs)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire

2 tablespoons dried chopped onions (or grated onion)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon ground mustard

1 tablespoon ketchup

½ teaspoon each sale and pepper

subheading: Onion and Mushroom Gravy:

2 tablespoons butter

1 onion, sliced

8 ounces sliced mushrooms (white or crimini mushrooms)

3 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon minced garlic)

½ cup red wine (or sherry or extra beef broth)

2 cups beef broth (or 1 beef bouillon cube 2 cups water)

3 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (Can use regular mustard)

2 tablespoons Worcestershire

2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

½ tsp each salt and pepper (May omit salt if beef broth is salty)

2 dashes hot sauce (optional - after pressure cooking)

subheading: Cornstarch Slurry (To Thicken Gravy):

2 Tablespoons cornstarch

2 Tablespoons water
