Virginia Willis’ Buttermilk Biscuits
Ingredients
  • 2 cups White Lily or other Southern all-purpose flour (see note), plus more for rolling out the biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and chilled
  • ¾ to 1 cup buttermilk
