Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Tomatillos, blackened
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes in oil, drained
  • ¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 T minced grapefruit zest
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne powder
  • ¼ tsp sugar
Steps
  1. Place the tomatillos and sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor or blender, and blend together. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend, leaving the mixture slightly chunky and textured.
