Blueberry Lemon Creamsicle Shake (THM-FP)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water (cold water)
  • ½ cup 1% cottage cheese (1%-2% cottage cheese)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries (best frozen, but fresh will work)
  • 2 Tbsp THM Pristine Protein Powder
  • ¼ tsp THM Glucomannan ("gluccie")
  • 3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract (3 to 4 doonks, or other on-plan sweetener of your choice)
  • 1.5 tsp lemon juice (from the bottle, or 3 teaspoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice)
  • 8 ice cubes (half of a conventional rectangular ice cube tray)
