  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 eggs ( room temp )
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • subheading: Dairy-Free Cream Cheese Filling:
  • 8 oz. of  softened dairy-free plain cream cheese ( I popped mine in the microwave for 20 seconds. )
  • 1 tbsp. softened Earth Balance Butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • powdered sugar for dusting
