Beef enchiladas bake

Ingredients
  • 1lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • ½ pound Velveeta cheese cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 can of rotel tomatoes
  • 6 corn tortillas cut in half
Steps
  1. Heat oven 350
  2. Brown meat drain
  3. Stir in soup and 1 cup velveeta
  4. Spoon ⅓ of meat mixture into 8inch baking dish. Cover with 6 tortilla halves and ¼ cup rotel repeat layers. Top with remaining meat mixture,rotel and Velveeta. Cover. Bake 25 mins. Or until heated through.
