  • 15 ml olive oil, (sub for more vegetable broth if oil-free)
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 ½ teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 30 ml all-purpose flour, (or gluten-free all-purpose flour blend if preferred)
  • 15 ml cornstarch
  • 15 ml nutritional yeast
