Cheesy Chicken Sliders
Ingredients
  • subheading: FOR THE CHICKEN:
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (or 2 cans - 12.5 ounce cans chunk chicken breast, drained well)
  • 1 - 14 ounce can basil, garlic, and oregano diced tomatoes, drained well
  • ¾ cup crumbled, cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon ranch powder
  • ¾ cup diced fresh spinach
  • salt and pepper
  • subheading: FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 to 15 rolls)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
