Patti Labelle's Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
  • 8 tbsp butter

  • 1⁄2 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1⁄2 c. muenster cheese, shredded
  • 1⁄2 c. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1⁄2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. half-and-half
  • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1⁄8 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1⁄4 tsp seasoning salt
