Easy 20 Minute Ground Sesame Chicken
Ingredients
  • ½ small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced. (about 3 garlic cloves, minced)
  • 1 lb. lean ground chicken breast- I like to use Predue Fresh lean ground chicken
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic chili paste- I use Huy Fong Chili paste
  • ⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup zero point brown sugar sweetener -  I use Lakanto Brown monkfruit sweetener. You can find this HERE online. Save 15% with promo code: POUND15. You could also use Truvia Brown Sugar Blend; keep in mind that sugar blend is concentrated so you’ll want to use 2 Tbsp vs. ¼ cup.
  • ½ Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • Chopped scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
