Mini Pot Can Can Chicken and Dumplings
Ingredients
  • 1 can of chicken breast
  • ½ can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 med. onion, diced
  • 1 cups Baking Mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Into the Instant Pot add the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, salt and pepper.  Mix until well combined.
  2. Open cans of chicken breast and using a fork, break the large chunks into small pieces.
  3. Add chicken and onion to Instant Pot.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix baking mix and milk.  Stir till thick dough is formed.
  5. Using two teaspoons, scoop and drop dumplings (dough) into Instant Pot.
  6. Place lid on pot and set the pressure knob to the “sealed” position.
  7. Click on the “manual” button and set the timer for 5 minutes.
  8. When timer is up, click the “cancel” button and do a quick pressure release.
  9. Remove lid.
  10. Serve
