  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce or hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or mirin (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper or white pepper
