Small Batch Lemon Coffee Cake with Lemon Glaze
Use 8” springform pan. Use Grannie’s lemon bread glaze or crumb topping from lemon coffee cake recipe. Both moist and delicious!

  • 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ⅔ cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
