Ingredients
  • 9 ounces (255 grams) frozen mango chunks (or 1 cup mango puree that has been frozen and chopped into chunks)
  • ⅔ cup milk (non fat, low fat, or whole)
  • 5 to 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 to 2 fresh limes
  • pinch salt (I use fine sea salt)
