Pretty good. I added some jaggery and lemon juice to balance the flavours

  • Chicken - 750 gms (Curry cut)
  • Cinnamon Stick - 1”
  • Green Cardamom - 5 to 6 nos
  • Clove - 4 nos
  • Black Pepper Corn - 8 to 10 nos
  • Ghee - 4 to 5 Tbsp
  • Onion - 4 (Thinly sliced)
  • Ginger Paste - 1 ½ tsp
  • Garlic - 1 ½ tsp
  • Yogurt - ½ cup
  • Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Green Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg+Mace Powder - ⅓ tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
  • Rose Water - 1 tsp
  • Saffron - ¼ tsp
  • Salt - To taste
  • Sugar - ½ tsp
