Quick & Easy Cancer Fighting Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ¼ red onion, chopped
  • ½ red or yellow pepper, chopped
  • ½ avocado, sliced into pieces
  • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • ½ bag of organic “broccoli slaw” (mix of shredded broccoli stalks and carrots you can find near the greens at the grocery store.)
  • 1 handful sunflower sprouts, torn in half (most Whole Foods Markets sell these, you can also substitute with other kinds of sprouts.)
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • Sprinkle of nutritional yeast
  • apple cider vinegar
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Optional: ⅛ tsp turmeric with black pepper and a dash of cayenne
