Easy Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 2 tablespoons ( 30g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups ( 190g) powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 or 3 Tablespoons ( 30 to 45 ml) heavy cream
  • Roasted pecans, coarsely chopped
