German Beer and mustard marinade

Ingredients
- ⅓ Bottle of dark beer
- 10 TBS Olive oil
- 10 TBS Mustard (hot)
- 3 TBS Mustard seeds
- 5 whole flat leaf parsley (fresh, very fine chopped)
- 3 TBS Thyme, dried
- 2 TBS herbal salt
- 1 TBS each black and white pepper
- 1 TBS paprika powder (hot)
- A pinch of curry powder
Steps
- Mix everything together
- Put with small portions of meat into a plastic bag (freezer bags or the like)
- Squeeze all remaining air out so that everything will be covered with the marinade neatly.
- Leave it in the fridge to marinate for several hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
- Herbal salt is a mix of salt with various herbs, such as garic, rosemary
