German Beer and mustard marinade
Ingredients
  • ⅓ Bottle of dark beer
  • 10 TBS Olive oil
  • 10 TBS Mustard (hot)
  • 3 TBS Mustard seeds
  • 5 whole flat leaf parsley (fresh, very fine chopped)
  • 3 TBS Thyme, dried
  • 2 TBS herbal salt
  • 1 TBS each black and white pepper
  • 1 TBS paprika powder (hot)
  • A pinch of curry powder
Steps
  1. Mix everything together
  2. Put with small portions of meat into a plastic bag (freezer bags or the like)
  3. Squeeze all remaining air out so that everything will be covered with the marinade neatly.
  4. Leave it in the fridge to marinate for several hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
  • Herbal salt is a mix of salt with various herbs, such as garic, rosemary
