  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ cup fresh grated carrots about 2 to 3 large carrots
  • ½ cup finely chopped walnuts optional

  • 3 tbsp GF all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 heaping tbsp softened butter or refined coconut oil
  • subheading: CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:
  • 4 tbsp plain cream cheese I used Kite Hill dairy free
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
