Ingredients
  • Easiest version is 2 cans black bean, 1 can garbanzo/chickpeas, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can corn, 1 can rotel, 1 can water, 1 packet taco seasoning, 1 packet ranch dressing mix, ground beef. You can add cheese, sour cream, chips, etc. I’ve gotten more adventurous since I started with this recipe, but this way only takes about 10 mins prep, then you let it simmer on the stove or in a crockpot for a bit.
