Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Made a few changes though:1. I used regular Cream of Mushroom soup2. Substituted onion soup mix instead of chopped onion.3. Used cream cheese spread. Sprinkled the Worcestershire sauce over the beef, then sprinkled the onion soup mix over beef. Added the Cream of Mushroom soup, 1/4 of can of water. And let cook on low. Stirred in three full tablespoons of Soft Spread Cream Cheese. Served over noodles.
Ingredients
  • 1 pound cubed beef stew meat
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
