Ingredients
  • 1.25 cups (350 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1.25 cups (350 ml) olive oil - (the original recipe uses canola oil but I use olive oil for the heart benefits)
  • 1 tsp salt substitute (I used Mrs. Dash® Original Blend which is all natural and salt free -- again, for the heart benefits)
  • 1 tsp sugar substitute (I used Splenda® -- because sugar is bad)
  • ½ tsp black pepper finely ground (flaked pepper would be good too but I didn't have any)
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice.
  • 2 tsp fresh crushed garlic
