  • 1 pureed overripe banana (½ cup) (apple sauce can work)
  • ½ to ¾ cup plant milk
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup oat flour (I purchase organic oats that are third party certified glysophate free.)
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tbls flax meal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  •  
  • Blueberry syrup
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 soft pitted date
