Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour - sifted
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 eggs - beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter - melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla or Floradi Cicily
Steps
  1. Sift together the flour, sugar, and salt
  2. Melt the butter and mix into the milk
  3. Temper the eggs with the milk mixture and then add the vanilla
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and blend well
  5. Strain the mixture
  6. Allow mixture to rest for 30 minutes before making crepes
