  • Mostaccioli in the Instant Pot tonight.

  • 1 # chopped bacon
  • 2-14.5 oz cans Italian style tomatoes
  • 1-6 oz can tomato paste
  • ¼ to ½ cup red wine
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 to 2 Tbl chopped garlic (or more if like)
  • 1 small can (6 oz?) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 to 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 to 4 Tbl Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 to 4 Tbl shoyu (this the island part - haha)
  • 1 Tbl sugar
  • 1# Mostaccioli Pasta
  • 1.5 cups water
