Yogurt poppyseed coleslaw dressing
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup unflavored yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • Salt to taste
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl until creamy.
  2. Store in airtight container refrigerated for up to one week.
  3. If using for slaw make up one to two hours ahead for proper marinating.
Notes
  • If tastes slightly sour consider adding more honey.
  • Will require two recipes for a full head of cabbage.
