Easy Saturday Green Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • handful of ice (or use frozen blueberries instead)
  • ¾ to 1 cup almond milk or liquid of choice
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 cup spinach, kale, or chard
  • honey to taste (optional- I do not use)
