Bean Burgers with Garlic and Sage
Ingredients
  • 1-29 oz. can pink beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ onion minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped
  • ¾ cup chickpea flour
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
  • Olive oil to fry (about ½ cup)
