  • 9 oz of fresh raw spinach
  • ½ cup mayo (or you can sub this out for a block of cream cheese)
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Jalapeno ** optional

  • 2 cans artichoke hears, drained
  • 1 bag of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed (maybe 8 chunks)
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • minced garlic - a couple scoops
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup mayo
  • pepper
  • ¾ cup Parmesan shredded cheese
