- 1 small cooked Rotisserie Chicken (got mine at Wal-Mart)
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 5 cloves garlic minced (or 5 tsp of jar minced garlic)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 ½ cups chicken broth
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 box fettuccine noodles (My box was only 12 oz, turned out great)
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- BasiI (I used dried - about ½ tsp
