Carrot Apple Smoothie with Ginger
Ingredients
  • 2 medium carrots scrubbed and peeled if desired, cut into chunks
  • 1 large apple cored and sliced into quarters
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger A chunk about the size of your thumb
  • ½ to 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups cold water
