  • 40g Light Butter (for cooking all pieces)

  • 100g Light Mayo (Brand: Hellmanns)
  • 25 to 30g any Hot Sauce (I used Sauce Shop Buffalo Sauce)
  • ½ tsp Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder, Paprika
  • ¼ Lemon Juice
  • subheading: Cucumber Yogurt Mix:
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • Chopped Cucumbers & Tomatoes
  • Season to taste Salt, Garlic, Cumin
  • Fresh Parsley

  • 200g Uncooked Basmati Rice (140g Cooked Rice per serving)
