Healthy No Bake Chocolate Almond Squares (Plant-Based)
Ingredients
  • 2 cups / 350g Semi- Sweet or Dark Chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup / 200g smooth Almond butter
  • ⅓ cup plant-based milk (I have added almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of Salt (I have added pink Himalayan salt)
  • (If you would like it sweeter then add a tablespoon of maple syrup to the mix)

  • ¼ cup / 35g whole almonds - chopped (lightly toasted preferably)
  • ¼ / 35g cup Pistachios - chopped (lightly toasted preferably)
  • Optional - Sprinkle a pinch of Sea Salt
  • Heat proof bowl to melt the chocolate
  • Pan/Mold: 9.25 X 5.25 X 2.75 Inches
  • Parchment paper
