Banana Mango Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 large frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 fresh mango or 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries, remove stems if using fresh
  • ½ cup milk, almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, or regular cow's milk
  • ½ cup yogurt, Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative like almond milk or coconut yogurt
  • Optional Add-Ins: 1 scoop collegen, 1 to 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 to 2 tbsp hemp hearts, 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder
