4 1/2 C  sugar 4 ½ C  sugar
18 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 18 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 lb  butter ½ lb  butter
13 oz evaporated milk 13 oz evaporated milk
2 C  chopped walnuts 2 C  chopped walnuts
8 oz marshmallow cream 8 oz marshmallow cream
2 t  vanilla extract 2 t  vanilla extract

Place marshmallow cream, chocolate chips, butter and vanilla in a large bowl.
Mix sugar and milk in 2 ½ quart pan.  Bring to a rolling boil and stir constantly until it reaches 234 degrees (approximately 5 to 10 minutes), being careful not to scorch.
Pour sugar and milk mixture over ingredients in the bowl and stir until all is melted and mix is smooth.
Add nuts, mixing well.
Pour into buttered pan.
Refrigerate.
