  • 1 (14-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream, at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
