  • If you're buying Nasal Spray at the drugstore, it's time to make the ditch & switch! Google the ingredients. Legit, bad news. Some have steroids which have been proven to cause weight gain, and I'll be darned if I'm putting anything in my nose to get fat LOL! #tasteallthefood
