Kiwi Lime Loaf Cake with Yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
  • 9oz (0.5 pound | 250g) fresh kiwi fruit, peeled and pureed
  • ½ cup ( 120 ml) sunflower or vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) water
  • 4 tablespoons ( 60g) white granulated sugar
