Mac & Cheese *
Ingredients
  • 1 lb pasta
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 ¾ cups water
  • 16 oz shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup milk
Steps
  1. Add first 3 ingredients into the pot
  2. High pressure for 4 minutes and then quick release
  3. Add cheese and milk, stir and let set a couple minutes to thicken up
