Ingredients
  • 1 ⅓ cup chopped meats of choice (i.e. chicken breast, ground beef, ground pork, or a combination)
  • 8 eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup fresh mushrooms, diced
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • subheading: For the Foo Yung sauce:
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 ½ teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 ½ cups hot water
  • 6 tablespoons cold water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
