Ingredients
  • ½ lb cooked corned beef, patted dry with paper towels and chopped (a decent substitute is canned corned beef or other cooked meats like ham, sausage, roast beef)
  • 2 ½ cups peeled and diced purple-top turnip (about 1 large turnip)
  • 1 cup diced green bell pepper (about 1 large pepper)
  • ½ cup diced yellow onion (about ¼ onion)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp table salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
