Ingredients
  • 4 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ¼ c powdered monk fruit or erythritol
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla.
  •  
  • crust
  • 1 ½ c. almond flour
  • ¼ c. swerve
  • ¼t. salt
  • ¼ c melted butter
  • mix and press into a springform pan that is lined with parchment paper.
Steps
  1. preheat oven to 350. bake crust 10 min. add filling and bake 45 to 55 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
