Chicken Thigh Keto Chicken Salad
Ingredients
  • 8 chicken thighs BONE IN, SKIN ON
  • ½ cup keto mayo
  • ½ cup dill pickles chopped
  • ½ cup onion chopped (you can add more or less to taste, not everyone likes onion or it can be too carb heavy for some.)
  • 3 heaping tsp. of minced garlic ( again to taste, you could also sub garlic powder to taste)
