  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt (Diamond Crystal; use half for table salt)
  • subheading: Option 4: Whole Milk + Light Cream:
  • 1 ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cup light cream
  • 5 Tbsp matcha (green tea powder) (1 Tbsp matcha = 6 g)
  • ¾ cup sugar
